Questions pull me there and here;
It's the answers that I fear:
I can't remember what it was to know for sure.
World progresses on and on,
It will stay when I am gone.
The thousand things that make me up I must endure.
There has been, though, I recall,
Hope that's been there through it all —
I never knew how it survived my tragic fall.
Candlelight and gentle dove;
Courage, soul, your God is love:
You didn't know your heart had listened to His call.

There is always hope, though we may not feel so hopeful at the time it is there, like god

Brings true meaning to the words: "There are no atheists in the trenches". :-)
